Contacted Nova for a window replacement estimate. The tech arrived as scheduled. Provided a reasonable bid with detailed information.
Price was midrange and materials appeared excellent quality as shown in the bid. Also offered options.
Went with a lower bid but would consider Nova in the future.

The installers were very professional, respectful of my home and did an excellent job, I give 5 stars. They took the time to explain the work completed and left the work area clean. I had my entry door and storm door replaced. I am very pleased. The customer service I give 4 star. Overall I would recommend.

The experience of hiring NOVA Exteriors, working with the appraiser, and having the roof done quickly and as promised was a seamless experience. After many weeks of rain, the roofers were able to install the new roof quickly, and it looks great! We also have peace of mind knowing that their work is guaranteed, too. Will definitely check with NOVA Exteriors again for future remodeling projects.

From the first meeting, to measurements and scheduling, to installation and to follow up, NOVA Exteriors was so proactive and professional. Very happy with the products they offered and their patience with our decisions of what to do. So helpful and respectful of the customer throughout the process. Definitely would hire them again. Work was done in half a day and very high quality work!
