Superior service all around. I dithered over what furniture to remove but they were quite patient and provided quotes for each batch. Once settled, the actual movers showed up on the scheduled date well within the promised time window. I was impressed by how quickly the two hauled away a lot of beastly furniture, in and out in under an hour. It was a relief to unload the lot and NoVA Junk made it a relatively painless process. Highly recommend!

I made a request about having some junk removed. Less then a days of making the request Nova Junk Removal got back to me with a fair price and quick appointment on weekend. I had good contact with Nova and I got response from them very quickly. I like that drivers Max & Omar where very punctual and explained everything to put me at ease. I had basketball goal post was removed from my property fast an cleanly. The the best part I had with my experience was they where on time, so there was no waiting around and I would highly recommend them.

Great experience! Very easy to set up the junk pickup. Three guys arrived on time and my junk was gone in like 15 minutes.
