I had A&C do combined deck and fence repair on a house in Alexandria. For the fence I needed power washing, painting, and replacement of broken spindles. Also, some decorative fence tops needed to be replaced. For the deck, I needed power washing, rebuilding of a deck section that had been torn up for some other reapairs, and painting of the whole deck. Alex was fast in coming out to give me a quote and send me an estimate. The job was clearly broken down into several parts so that I could pick and choose which sections to continue. The crew was out in a couple of days and stayed working and on-task even with afternoon thunderstorms. Alex made excellent suggestions to improve my property with solar lights and to lower costs for expensive, ornamental items. I found him and his crew reliable and professional. I strongly recommend his crew.

Alex came to give me an estimate on my deck Feb 02. I received the estimate on February 03 and Started to work Feb 07 removing and replacing the deck board, railing, and stairs in two days. Great work was done to replace old deck boards and paint the entire deck. The turnaround was very fast and efficient. Very professional as well and the price was very fair. Highly recommend A&C. Very happy with the work and results. Will re-hire in the future.

Highly recommend Alex! He rebuilt our crumbling deck exactly how we wanted, he took our suggestions and incorporated them, and was extremely easy to communicate with. The job was done a week after first meeting him, in the timeline he originally laid out. We feel thrilled with his work and will hire him again I’m sure.

Alex did a great job on my deck! It was a two day job, one day to pressure wash the deck and another day to stain it. He was on time, very professional and told me if there were any issues he'd come back and fix them. So far I have seen no issues.
