We do permit processing at DCRA, Fairfax County, Prince George County, City of Alexandria, Montgomery County, Arlington County and Loudon County. References are provided upon request. We offer a free estimate.

Luis responded very promptly and gave a fairly priced quote for the requested work. He was very kind in doing initial feasibility assessment without any cost that revealed my project may not be possible due to code issues. He was very responsive and collaborative throughout the discussion. Truly impressed by the service and will surely use him for any future architectural or structural work.

Needed a screen porch designed and submitted to the County for review - GTZ Consultants did a good job of preparing the drawings and submitting to the County on time. Additionally, they were flexible in changing their drawings to accommodate changing field conditions and resubmitting to the County as well. Luis was very polite, prompt, and willing to make multiple visits to the house to make sure we got what we wanted; highly recommended.

Luis did an excellent job processing my building permit. He did an outstanding job preparing the architectural design in conformance with PG DPIE's rules and regulations. He executed and carrried out each step of the process through its entirety. He continued to keep me informed along the way and adhered to his timeline aggressively. He was very affordable compared to his competitors. I was most impressed and pleased with his work ethic. Moreover, he was very professional. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First of all. I would tell them to check References and previous jobs. Go and take a look by yourself and call those References and request some information about those jobs previously done. Check the history of those jobs. Now everything is on the Internet. You may surprise what you find.
