Kaiwasi construction did a great job helping to transform my house. My master bath went from small and ugly to absolutely stunning. They also changed my kitchen laundry room into a separate laundry and pantry space. Very happy with their professional work. Hernan saw my vision when getting the estimate and his team made it happen. Very pleased with the job.

I contacted Kaiwasi for help in updating two of my bathrooms. They’ve completed one of the bathrooms and so far they’ve been a pleasure to work with. They’re professional, responsive, do great work, and answer all of my questions. They’ve also been flexible in taking care of minor issues that have come up during the project like a change in materials I wanted to use. I’ll definitely work with them for future projects.

Hernan is great! He is very pleasant to work with! It was very easy for me to communicate with him throughout the whole process. He was able to completely transformed our bathroom (see attached for before/after photo) and accommodate my needs. I will probably hire him again for other bathrooms in our house.

We hire Kaiwasi for bathroom remodeling.I choose them because of good reviews and I was right.Bellow is the bathroom before and after.Everyone can see the difference.The job was done in time and very professinal.Hernan (the owner) his son Gary,Roni,Edgar and Anibal did the great job!
