Mr. Tunick provides excellent service! No matter what the issue is (removing viruses, installing software, wireless connectivity, and other random problems with PCs, Macs, tablet and phones), Mr. Tunick has resolved it for me. He is very patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. Plus, he is reasonably priced for the work that he does.

Mike Tunick was brought in on a contract as a PC Tech for the last several months. His dedication to customer satisfaction is second to none. He always takes the time to explain issues and make suggestions for improvements. There wasnt a problem he couldnt solve. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. I believe in a flat rate for whatever the job is. I like to take my time and make sure the job is done correctly at minimal cost to my customer. I believe in 100% customer satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always researching new technology and how it can improve my customers on a day to day basis.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love technology and I'm very interested in how things work. I started at a young age taking apart my computer that my family owned. I tinkered until I was old enough to get a job in the computer field. My first job was customer service for Erols Internet in Springfield.
