Work was not performed. However, he gave me professional advice in his area of expertise based on the pictures I provided for my project. I appreciate his honesty in letting me know the work could not be performed because it was not practical in what I was trying to achieve. He has already won my trust for future projects!

Furniture Assembly
Mr. Kim is professional, friendly and efficient. He responded to my furniture assembly request within 2 hours, and I received an appointment two days after Thanksgiving which is great for a holiday timeframe. His communication is also excellent, letting me know in a very timely manner that he could complete my appointment at 400 pm, 1 hour earlier than our scheduled 500 pm. Mr. Kim was punctual and assembled an executive office chair with multiple ergonomic features, and then he took a few moments to explain to me all the features of the chair adjustment so I would have optimal use. His explanation was extra helpful to me and greatly appreciated as I have lowerback discomfort, and Mr. Kim clearly recognized this higher end executive chair was purchased for the multiple adjustment features for comfort. I highly recommend Mr. Kim, and I will utilizing his services for all of our future home projects!
