Introduction: I am an experienced personal trainer with a BS in Kinesiology from James Madison University and a certification in personal training from the NSPA. My specialties include weight loss, with several clients at over 50 lbs lost within the first 8-12 months, as well as strength training. I am also a competitive powerlifter and previously worked as an instructor for the Virginia National Personal Training Institute. My clients come from all walks of life with all types of goals, and I enjoy coaching them all on their way to success.

As I would imagine with most who seek a personal trainer, I just didn't know what I was doing when I hit the gym. I had a rough understanding of form in lifting and its importance, but that rough understanding was only enough to recognize that I needed help to really reach my goals and see results. In seeking out a personal trainer, I came in to see Dylan for a free session and realized that he had the knowledge and competence to get me where I wanted to be . Since, I have been critiqued on my form, instructed on diet (including Dylan constructing personalized meal plans) and routine. This added confidence that what I'm doing will produce results is renewed after every session with Dylan. The excitement and drive he has given me with through training has me more confident that I'm about to enter into a new chapter in my life.

Dylan helped with my form and some corrective exercises to fix my squat, in a couple of weeks after I got #1 place National in my first competition in a 100% Raw Powerlifting, #3 and #5 place in the Top Ten All times females powerlifters. I am more flexible now and I am aware of my weaknesses but improving tahnks to the stretching that I learned from Dylan!

Dylan is an extremely professional, informative, and fun physical trainer. I lost 37 lbs and dropped 6 pant sizes. For 22 years I have lived with an old painful Marine Corps back injury. Dylan was not only able to rehabilitate my back and core but he also helped shaped me into my old Marine Corps size and strength level. My 40 year old body feels like it is 18 again.

Dylans coachkng truly took me to the next level. After 1 year of working with him I'm stronger, more muscular, and more athletic than I've ever been. Hands down the best coach in NOVA.
