We had a great experience with R Plumber LLC and are very pleased with their work. They were polite, professional, and efficient, confirming what they were repairing before starting and thoroughly walking us through the issue. They replaced a leaky pipe and brought our home up to code with another repair. They took the time to explain why the replacement was necessary, making sure we fully understood the scope of the work. Once they finished, they proactively identified potential future issues and shared helpful maintenance tips to extend the longevity of our plumbing. While a full replacement isn’t in our budget right now, they provided a preliminary quote so we’d have a clear idea of what to expect if we move forward down the line. Compared to other plumbers we contacted, their pricing was much more reasonable, yet the quality of their work remained top-notch. We highly recommend R Plumber LLC and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for future plumbing needs!
