My oven had a preheating problem and Blue Shield came out within a day of contacting, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came to install it when it arrived. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the technician spent an extra few minutes double checking to make sure the unit worked. Will be using them again

This guy came to repair my fridge and after about 1 hour he came back and said it was a $700 repair which seem pricey for 1 part which I believe he said was a fan. I decided not to go with him because it was pricey. The bad review isn’t because of the price the bad review is because he took my refrigerator apart and left it like that. When I asked him to put it back together he told me no and then asked me to pay for the $65. I then told him I have no problem paying the $65 after he put my fridge back together. He said no and my fridge is in parts all over my kitchen. BEWARE !!!!!
