"We asked Jim to do a complete house mold inspection for a house we were under contract to purchase. We were concerned about previous flooding in the basement of the house, and we noticed areas of the garage ceiling that had been exposed to moisture. There was no visible mold. Jim used the latest spore collection methods and equipment, and he employed infrared viewing to inspect hidden spaces. As it turned out, Jim's expertise paid off.
