- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If possible, I like to have a face-to-face meeting to discuss the project. If that's not possible, an email or phone call to discuss the details and ask questions will make it easier to meet the client's needs more efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a B.F.A. in Visual Communications/Graphic Design. I have had training in all of the applications in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat.) In addition, I have attended several HOW, AIGA, and other conferences to discuss various aspects of brand management, art direction, and other visual communications.
