Yashar was amazing! He was very communicative throughout the project. The project was complicated due to the original crappy install but Yashar persisted until the job was completed and saved me $500+! Because I would have had to pay for a sink removal and re-install in order to remove the old rusted faucet. The new motion sensor faucet looks awesome and works flawlessly! Highly recommend

Yashar is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. I was doing a quick mini reno before listing my house. He is amazingly responsive and constantly communicated every detail of my project and answered all my questions. He suggested several ways to keep costs down. He scored an amazing deal on new cabinets for my kitchen that I had did not think I could afford. The new kitchen will definitely improve the value of my home when I sell. He was extremely flexible when I wanted to add things during the project. I've recommended him to several people and he is likely the only contractor I'll use going forward.
