Sophie helped me get the job of my dreams. She is very smart and extremely caring. I was not sure where I am going with my career and she helped me narrow down my options. She also helped in creating a whole new resume that was a game changer. I was not getting many recruiter calls before meeting Sophie but her approach to job search that comes from "finding what's unique about you and amplifying it" made a major difference. She is now helping me as a leadership coach in my new job. What I love about her is her flexibility which I did not have in my previous coach. She has never charged me for a cancelled session because she gets it, life happens. She is incredible! I have referred my sister to her, and she loves her too. I highly recommend her.

Sophie was giving a workshop on developing self-confidence for women at a conference in Miami where I met her. She was very interesting so I had to talk to her afterwards. I immediately could tell that her heart is in a good place. She started helping me right there and then. I had a conversation with her a week after and I was sold. She is my coach now for over a year and I have seen my career and life transform. I changed my dead-end job and even left a horrible relationship after I gained more confidence. Also, she helped me develop my leadership skills. A couple of people told me I sound more professional and "leader-like" now. She is the best! You have to talk to her if you ever need your a goal partner in life!

I found out about her through a friend of mine who got a new job because of her(Linkedin connection). On our first consultation I cried telling her about my job and she was so understanding. I felt safe so I decided to give it a shot. She came to our first official session with a plan of action and goals. I liked 2 out of the 3 goals she suggested and we worked on the third one together. She already had a presentation ready for me on one of my goals (dealing with a toxic work environment) which was crazy amazing and practical. What I love the most about her is that she is super thoughtful of my feelings and allows me to be myself. I have learned a lot from her. She is also helping me find a new job just in case things get worse. I have an interview coming up so I called her yesterday and she helped me prep. She really cares. I recommend her.
