- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our menu prices are pretty straightforward; we don't "upcharge" for certain events (the brisket we serve is the same hardwood smoked craft barbecue whether it is for a wedding or a birthday party! Our staff and bar services are tailored to the complexity of the event and the guest count. Our event managers work with the client to create a staff package that works best for the specific event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to plan events and happily spend as much time as the client needs to make their party unique and memorable. We establish a relationship that lasts from a few days to 12 months or more.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our pitmaster Stephen cooked competition barbecue for over 8 years before entering the catering business. Our Events Director Kelly has over 10 years experience in all aspects of catering, from on-premise wedding halls, to corporate lunch specialists, to the dynamic off-premise catering with Old Blue BBQ.
