While looking at price is always important, the number one thing you should be looking for in a web designer or developer is good communication. The number one problem we find when people switch to Market Aces is that their last web designer just didn't listen to what they were looking for. Of course, it's also important to check out their portfolio to see what kind of designs they have done before and make sure you like their work.
