FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always flexible and can be negotiated based on the client's offer, but my standard Tennis Lesson rate is $60/Hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first lesson is always an initial assessment of the customer's overall tennis level and future tennis goals. From thereafter I always put together a plan for future lessons after receiving feedback from my customer and providing my own feedback to them on what I believe they can achieve from future lessons. I always have extra tennis rackets for my customer in case they are beginners and do not have their own tennis racket yet. I provide tennis balls to teach with and always try to be flexible about commuting to where my customers would like to play/take their lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree from Middlebury College where I played #1 Singles and #2 Doubles for the team from 2006-2010. I was one of our Team's captains my Junior and Senior years. I then proceeded to play the ATP Circuit (the professional tennis tour) in 2011 where I achieved a Pro Ranking of #1379. I became USPTA Certified in 2012 and taught at different country clubs in Texas and NY before relocating to Arlington, Virginia. I also have some college coaching experience as I was the Assistant Tennis Coach for the Tufts Men's Tennis Program in Boston, MA for two years 2013-2015.
