- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All measurements taken are put into an estimation software and database to calculate an accurate price. The price is broken down by area in subtotals, with a total price calculated at the bottom, in our detailed, itemized quotes we send to our customers via email. This is to ensure our price is fair and accurate, visible, and organized so that no area is ever left neglected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our job process is as follows: 1) Estimator meets customer and measures spaces to be painted. 2) Measurements are input into estimating software and detailed quote is sent to customer via email. 3) If the customer decides to hire us, then a painting crew and job manager will arrive at a scheduled time. The job manager reviews with the painters the areas to work on before job is started. 4) Job is finished on scheduled day and the job manager walks through the final job to inspect for quality and touch base with the customer. 5) A job manager supervises each job and communicates with the customer throughout the process to ensure all needs are met and the final result meets expectations.
