- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is completely depended upon the type of pastry and design. Each are just as unique as the pastries itself, which is good for you wouldn't want to pay the price for a more time consuming design vs one that would take less time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am forever and always trying new techniques and tutorials, keeping up with modern trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A series of working for others and having restricted creative control. I prefer to freelance and create what the customer is looking for, not a limited flip book to pick through.
