WB20 is pretty awesome! Their innovative approach toward exercise and expert knowledge of increasing muscle strength certainly supercharged my fitness and advanced my fitness goals. I recommend them for clients interested in learning about transformative fitness techniques, like doing exercises to muscular fatigue and a variety of other fitness methods which optimize results. The sessions were quick; I improved and learned a lot from each training session, and with consistency, I have loved my results!

    We assess you to understand how to safely train you then set realistic & measurable goals together! We add a little accountability and motivation to keep you on track and use our Fit3d body scanner to measure improvement. We keep workouts interesting and engaging. Before the initial motivation wears off and the routine becomes stale, we change up the workout to keep you motivated and moving towards your goal of looking and feeling your best.

    NASM CPT, NASM Nutrition Coach, Certified Group Fitness Instructors, ISSA CPT, NASM Corrective Exercise, We are certified Personal Trainers who have developed a Full-Body EMS Workout that improves strength, metabolic rate, & endurance. Whole Body 20 is introducing innovative, High-Intensity 25 Minute workouts that help you look and feel your best.
