- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is customized to the individual needs of the owner and pet. I do offer discounts for recurring types of services as well as for long-term service needs. Services totaling $100 or more require a $50 security deposit. Security deposits will be subtracted from the total of requested services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer all new clients a complementary meet and greet in my home or their own - depending on the requested service. The meet and greet is a great opportunity to ask and answer questions, and see if we are a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) Certified Professional Pet Sitter, which includes Pet CPR/First Aid certification. I also have Cat and Dog First Aid training through the Red Cross. Additionally, I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) student at the Karen Pryor Academy.
