- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We will stand behind our quotes and even if we loose money we will make the customer happy. We want to make sure that your experience with our company is always a positive one. We don't issue change orders that add extra charges unless the client request extra work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Hourly based - small items that will only take less than a half a day are billed on an hourly base. You will receive a bill via email from our billing system after the work is done by the technician. Project based - large items that will take more than 1/2 will be bill on a scope of work basis. A technician may need to come to the location and ask multiple questions about the project before write a scope of work contract to be signed by the client. In some basis the client may need to purchase parts before starting the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our technicians have degrees and certifications to insure the quality and integrity of work they will be performing.
