Fantastic experience hiring Joe and his team to replace the roof of my townhouse. Even though I got several estimates, I went with JNVIS because Joe was very knowledgeable, professional, and able to walk me through the entire process. As my roof was not only very old (20-30 years) with no upkeep when the house was purchased a year ago I kept expectations under control with what the process of a new roof would look like and cost. To say I was blown away by Jon and his team is an understatement. From my initial estimate request to on-site review was less than 24 hours and in less than 2 weeks I drove up to a house transformed! Jon was communicative during the entire process in a way I could work with as I’m not always able to answer calls at work and am not readily available as I don’t work locally. He walked me through the process step by step so I knew exactly what to expect from his team and even though I was not on-site for the day of replacement, those in my household who were could nit say enough wonderful things about this team. And I can say that the feeling of pulling up my drive after work, seeing a gorgeous new roof that delivered on everything Jon promised just absolutely transformed the look of my home in a single day! I can’t express properly what a feeling that is when you are in the process of home renovation.
