- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40 an hour for most of my services. I have a couple of pre-set packages for my basic wedding services but I typically try to build a custom package for my clients so that I can fit their exact needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients and find out what their priorities, concerns and ideas are so that I can be of optimal help for their specific event. I also try to take their budget into account so that my services aren't a cause for financial concern.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience working in event planning and I also received a career certificate in wedding planning from Penn Foster Online University
