- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nope, we test and recommend options based on answers provided by customers. Questions are based around what the customer is looking for. If we feel we cannot provide a valuable service for whatever reason we say thank you and depart.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Getting aligned with a great distributor and not having a huge company sure helps change out inventory when technology does change.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed work and actually got my start with one of those "high pressure" companies. They eventually closed and here we are.
