- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am currently working on my pricing due to getting different packages and services offered setup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Contact the customer and get an idea of the issue they are having, go over options based on the findings and decide on the service. I like to treat customer as I would like to be treated so good customer service and making a customer feel comfortable is top priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am apart of Microsoft Virtual Academy and always signing up for and taking classes on new products. I have a tendency of purchasing new products for my personal use just so I can learn it. I have a Certificate in programming and data processing, I have received certificates in repairing Dell PC's and Samsung TV repair. My current projects have experience working with POS equipment, printers and or course PC's.
