Oscar has a small general contracting business. They did a good job doing finishing and painting work in the garage. We also hired him to do electrical work throughout the house. His electrician installed over 50 recessed lighting in our house. The electrical work was outstanding and was priced reasonably. I would recommend Oscar for any small-mid painting job and any size electrical job.

Oscar and his team did a great job on my project which involved some repair work in my laundry room due to water damage. Specifically they replaced insulation, installed new drywall and mudding. Installed baseboard and painted. Everything was professionally done and all in one day! I will definitely be hiring Oscar in the future. Pictures show before, during and after completion. I can’t even tell it was ever damaged! Thank you Oscar!

Oscar and his team did an AMAZING job turning my house into a home! My home is open concept, so he had a lot of area to paint - dining room, family room, sitting room, entry foyer and hallway, mud room and a guest room that I tacked on last minute. He also installed French doors on my office and a door to the immediate master bedroom. The doors required framing, drywall, patching, sanding and painting. The team arrived on time every day, set up to paint, protecting floors and furniture, and cleaned up every night when they left. His pricing was great and even encouraged us to review the work each night to make sure if something was missed to let them know when they arrived the next day. Our home was in good hands. Highly recommend Oscar and his team!!! Thank you, Oscar!!

A truly wonderful experience overall with Oscar and his crew. From Tuesday morning till Friday evening, a crew of 4 worked quietly and diligently to paint a 3000 sq. ft house townhouse, and install hardwood floor on the main level. Every little work-related issue I had during these four days was handled quickly and professionally. The communication with Oscar and his supervisory team was excellent. There were two walk-throughs on Friday. Minor issues came up and they were immediately corrected. We are very happy with the work done by Oscar and his crew. They deliver quality like no other; so much that I will consider him again for future projects. Also, please make sure you ask him about any discounts if you are paying cash; or, any little extra processing fees if you are paying with a credit card. I had a slight misunderstanding on this point, but they rectified it.

Oscar helped me remove the slate tile from my kitchen that I had started and could not finish in time for my new floors to be installed. Oscar and his assistant completed with hand tools what I could not do with a rented demolition hammer. Oscar is professional, polite and prompt. I would hire him again.
