We are an all around pet company offering dog training, board and train programs, behavior modification, pet sitting, dog walks, cat care, in your home pet sitting and other paw-some services including mobile grooming. As a client I feel there was more that could’ve been done with my dog as far as training. I spent 3,500 total for my dog reactive dog who was at the facility for over 4 weeks. The turnover was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL since Todd decided to argue with a neighbor of mine and I can no longer walk my dog past that house. I do not know the owner of the house but he threatens to shoot my dog because of the interaction. My dog didn’t follow commands until I took the time to train him myself (which isn’t the problem). I called back multiple times and I am still not pleased. They tell me to up the number on the shock and when I mentioned I do that they have nothing else to offer. My dog does not know the heel command, stay, or leave it. Training him myself probably would’ve been a better option. I do not hate Main Street dogs I’m just sharing my true experience and frustration.

They were able to come out the day after I spoke with them to meet my furbabies and then were able to start service the very next day! Knowing how picky my dogs are they were very accepting of the team! I was really in a pinch and they totally came to the rescue! On a scale of 1-10 they are a 100!

I was able to go out of town for 8 days with out worrying about my two cats! I’ve left them home before, with neighbors or family looking in on them twice a day, but they were both a little wild-eyed when I returned. They seemed much more content when I returned. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and I will also work with each one of my customers on special pricing for packages or extra visits if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with all new clients. That is my standard procedure and I called it a meet and greet. That way both parties are at ease and get to know one another.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started caring for animals and dogs in 2002. We used to have a black Labrador retriever. He was an awesome dog! I love sharing the abundant love I had for him with other pets that come into my life.
