A+ service. Eric was a true professional. He was at my home within 2 hours of hiring him. My gutters were completely clogged because of the heavy tree volume we have and due to the fact that the last person to clean only blew thing's out; surface cleaned. Eric hand cleaned and bagged everything, probably 75+lbs of wet leaves that had turned to dirt and washed/hosed out all gutters. He worked into the dark evening. To add to that, he had a golden personality. We have him coming back to give estimates on additional work. Hire him..he's well worth it!

About this pro

My number 1 goal is customer satisfaction, I try to get the customers as involved in the planning as much as possible so that when I'm done doing my job they have exactly what they had envisioned from the beginning. The satisfaction I get with a happy client, hearing thank you so very much at the end of the day, or job. Also seeing a finished product, whether it's a new deck or a new tile shower surround or just a fresh paint job, It still amazes me what a little hard work can do and how big of a difference little things make.

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes but most of the time there are a lot of things that you have to be able to foresee going wrong and pray it doesn't, that's why I always try to prepare the homeowner for what may happen then do everything I can to prevent the things that cost and are unexpected charges!
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first and foremost learning exactly what the customer wants and doing my best to understand and explain to them what I am going to do before I ever start doing it. the key is no surprises.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
lots of customer service training which really helps me communicate well with my customers! also it helps me get a good idea of what they are looking for!
