- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes but most of the time there are a lot of things that you have to be able to foresee going wrong and pray it doesn't, that's why I always try to prepare the homeowner for what may happen then do everything I can to prevent the things that cost and are unexpected charges!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first and foremost learning exactly what the customer wants and doing my best to understand and explain to them what I am going to do before I ever start doing it. the key is no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
lots of customer service training which really helps me communicate well with my customers! also it helps me get a good idea of what they are looking for!
