I hired Amy as my MUA for my wedding day and let me tell you how AMAZING she is. She did make up for myself and 7 others (parents, sibling, and wedding party) and I regret nothing. Amy is just so so sweet and professional. I did my trial with her about a week or so before and what I loved most was how much she cared about what I wanted and not wanted. During the trail she took notes of what I said and how I wanted things. She then cared enough to message the day or so after to ask how I felt and what changes she needed to make. She was also very professional and flexible (many changes to timeline/# of people) and her communication was on point. My photos came out amazing because of her. No regret what so ever and I will hire her again. THANK YOU AMY FOR MAKING ME LOOK AMAZING ON THE MOST MAGICAL DAY OF MY LIFE.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- You submit an inquiry form through my website so I can evaluate your needs and check my availability. - We confirm the date, time, location, price, and other details of your service(s). - Once I receive the signed contract and non-refundable retainer, your date of service(s) is reserved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a makeup artist for over five years and counting. My career in makeup started when I joined the Sephora team back in 2016. Through Sephora's training, I got certified to provide clients custom makeovers and services. This certification includes perfecting techniques as well as practicing impeccable hygiene. I also worked for Lancome USA as a makeup artist and representative. Shortly after, I started performing bridal and special occasion makeup.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since I was little, I was intrigued by the different elements of makeup - the colors, textures, all of it. Growing up, I used it as a means to find confidence, power, and comfort in my own skin. Makeup taught me so much. It was like the training wheels that helped me learn how to eventually love and embrace every version of myself. I am so grateful to be able to experience and share the magic of makeup with my clients.
