I've been working closely with Lonnie for about 5 months, refining my diet and taking kickboxing classes. I've lost 13 lbs and am fitting into jeans I haven't been able to wear in years. One of the things I really like about working with Lonnie is that he understands that sometimes life gets in the way. He's really great at helping me figure out how to juggle eating well with two kids and a full-time job. He's always supportive and never judgmental. At the same time, though, he knows when I am slacking and need some extra motivation. I can't recommend him enough, whether you're looking for someone to help you meet specific fitness goals or just improve your overall health and well-being.
