Introduction: We offer the way home. Avenue Realty, LLC began in 2003 when principal broker and owner, Darian Cochran, bought his first home. The process of purchasing his first home prompted him to believe there could be and should be more to the home-buying experience. He enrolled in a real estate class and became a licensed Realtor. Shortly thereafter, he furthered his real estate education by becoming a licensed broker. After many years of working with other brokerages, the desire to help clients have a positive, personal and professional home-buying experience prompted Darian to become a broker and wife, Amy Cochran, to become a Realtor. Together, they founded Avenue Realty, so they could ensure their clients the level of quality they deserve. Avenue Realty is a real estate brokerage firm that operates on a few core principles. We believe that a client’s trust is necessary and earned through honest work and transparent processes. We believe that home buying and selling are often milestones meant to be celebrated.
