I’ve trained with Matt for 3 years now and he has helped transform my feelings about health and fitness. Before starting with Matt, I was focused on being a certain weight. Now I’m more focused about lifting a certain weight, and my body has incidentally transformed as well. He’s so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does that it’s infectious. He really wants to help you be better, and it’s a great way to train.
I love Liz's yoga classes. She is a wonderful instructor - very friendly and knowledgeable! Her classes are a workout.
Lori helped me get as fit as I had been in years, I felt great, after feeling bad for so long. She cares about the people she works with not just as clients but as people and friends. If I needed help I could message her and she would help. She wasn't just one of those trainers who only cares during the time you are paying them for. Steve was my personal trainer for 6+ months before he moved. What impressed me most was Steve's ability to listen and incorporate what I enjoyed to have happen in a work out to my program. Steve has a wonderful personal touch that when you are with him, you know he is there to help you make a difference in your life. Every work out was challenging but with Steve's encouragement I was able to do things I never thought were possible. Steve did a great job of following up with me to insure he was exceeding my expectations and asking for input on what I needed. His knowledge of exercise and the body combined with his positive outlook had me really embrace new programs and I made great strides in achieving my goals. Beth and I have developed a wonderful friendship in addition to the training sessions. Not only do I get a physical workout, but "mental therapy" too as we solve the 'problems' of the world! She is fun to workout with!
I wanted to get strong again phsyically and mentally. Jasmine came to my home and started personal training sessions with me twice a week. I have been working with her for almost a year now. The results have surpassed my expectations. She has gone above and beyond her training sessions with me and helped create a whole new way of thinking. She pays close attention to my needs and what works for me and taylors the workouts accordingly. The results are phenomenal. I am 38 and feel like I am in my early twentites again. Now we are concentrating on the weight loss. I am healthier happier and all due to Jasmines encouragement, belief in me and most of all her great workouts. I feel like a team. Attiyah Blair is a phenomenal health and wellness coach. I completed the Master Set program in December 2013. Thanks to Attiyah I have maintained my weight and healthy eating habits for over one year and still going. She changed my entire perspective on how I think about food. She is a true inspiration!
