I really felt I had a good workout. I've had many trainers in many states and I find Walt to be one of the best I've had. He's also incredibly reasonable price wise. Truly almost too good to believe, but it's because he truly wants his clients to continue training and achieve their goals. This is a passion for him and it shows in his work. I had a great workout. He he showed to be knowledgeable and had good discernment for my physical ability. I feel comfortable knowing he'll be able to get me where I'd like to be. I am a physician and don't write this lightly. He doesn't have a fancy facility so if you're looking for some country club environment then this may not be the place for you. But if you truly care about results and want to work with someone who has a pain and drive to work with you to get there then look no further. This is the ONLY place you need to be.
Mr. Gunn is more to me than just a trainer. He has helped me turn my life around. Our journey together began in weight loss and fitness. With his personal training and motivation I lost weight and inches. When I was ready, he assisted me with switching into gaining muscle tone. That is not all he helped me gain though. More importantly, he helped me gain self confidence that I would have never believed could be possible. For all of these reasons, I would highly recommend Mr. Gunn as a person to join forces with in losing, or gaining, the important things in life through fitness. I can't thank him enough for all he has done for me!
Progress Fitness Trainer Winfrey White is the best. I have always wanted a Personal Trainer but was too shy to commit. Winfrey made me feel comfortable training with him and comfortable with my body. I joined on September 18, 2014 and today is 11/16/2014 and I am down to a size 4 on my way to church . Excited about exercising , weight training, eating right and drinking water. The workouts are challenging and Winfrey is serious about his clients meeting their goals. Dedication and determination is the tools he uses, Thanks Winfrey.
An excellent personal trainer. Matt makes working out fun. Matt is very good at being flexible and finding times that work for you. The workouts are also flexible, he works around your needs, what you want to accomplish, and what your ability to accomplish these tasks. The sessions are only thirty minutes which makes it hard not to find time to workout. I definitely recommend Funcfit if you are looking for a personal trainer. 10/10 would recommend.
I have had the opportunity to see Brian Lewis compete on the Physique stage, and he is one of the top athletes in the country. I also would say he is one of the top Personal Trainers/Coaches in the region as well. I highly endorse Brian in the profession of Fitness and Health!

I knew immediately when I met Ben and did my first workout with him that I found the Personal Trainer that I've been wanting to find. Ben has created workouts that are tailored to me and are getting me the results I've been looking for. Not only is Ben someone with extreme fitness and resistance training knowledge he understands my needs and goals and has gone above and beyond to make sure they are met. If you are looking for structure, dependability, consideration, flexibility, compassion and knowledge I recommended Brian as your personal trainer fitness instructor. He's always on time for are appointments. Text back almost immediately. Give me a compound workout that leaves me energetic. Always provides suggestions on proper food consumption. And let's be honest easy on the eyes 😉. I highly recommend him if you are looking to get fit. I'm sad he's leaving but I'm glad he helped me get motivated thought a tuff time in my life. Caleb is by far among the best trainers you could hope to have. After just two sessions, my joints and muscles were feeling better. After using his techniques, he was able to rid me of my dreadful ankle brace that I have been dependent on for years. Literally no longer need it anymore. He is very professional and courteous, and a downright genuine person. I swear he makes you feel like you've known him for years lol. His slow and steady approach is what makes him an effective trainer. He doesn't jump right into it, he heals you from within first, by targeting your sore and tight muscles tissues and joints first. Once you are able to move better and more efficiently, he then focuses your training on fitness. That is what I respected most about him....his slow and steady approach. Trust me, you will want to kill him at first because he doesn't take it easy on you, but you will learn to love him for it. I know I did. Unfortunately with me being on the military, I came down on orders and had to move away. But if I could pack him away in my duffle bag and take him with me, I so would. Caleb is the REAL DEAL and you will not regret hiring this man for a better you. He is awesome!

Mr. Doug as I call him is the trainer that I truly needed! As a a Marine Corp Vet, he is disciplined and will make sure that you follow through with what you are wanting to achieve! His Motto, "This is a Lifestyle Change"!! He truly lives by this motto! There were days I wanted to quit and he would just smile and say picture where you want to be!! Renall has been my personal trainer since September 2015. When I decided to make the commitment to myself to be healthier and stronger, I had no background in working out other than cardio-type of exercising.
