Bryan's Home Improvement
About this pro
Bryan was hired to install a mailbox. He arrived on time, and did an exceptionally good job. I would highly recommend him.Feb 15, 2016Verified
He did a very nice job. I will use him again. He installed a vent fan in my upstairs bathroom. Chris HNov 29, 2015Verified

Bryan is a complete unprofessional!!! He scheduled an appointment a week ago, confirmed the appointment the day before and then later sent an email canceling the appointment. A professional first of all wouldn't cancel, but if it was a must, he would pick up the phone to make sure the customer was aware he was not showing up. We didn't see the email until it was checked after he was 30 minutes late. Had we been aware that he was unreliable and undependable, we wouldn't have spent hours gutting our bathroom to get it ready for him to do the work and it wouldn't have cost me a wasted day off from work. I've left him voicemail messages and sent an email and haven't heard back from him. This has been a horrible and frustrating experience!!Aug 4, 2014VerifiedBryan B.'s reply
You were notified that a reschedule was needed on the thumbtack feed for the job the day before the scheduled appointment. You were also notified via text message at 630am so that I didn't call and wake anyone up in the house that I wasn't able to make the appointment. IF YOU don't check Your messages how can you be frustrated at me for your mistakes. I'm sorry for the inconvenience of a schedule change but in construction work these things happen.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I would like to come out and take a look at what I'm working with this site is great at putting people together but the job descriptions should include photos
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My grandfather was a builder all of my uncles are contractors my father and brother are both electricians so I guess i was born into the trades I've learned different stuff from different people over the years and just prefer to do a little of everything rather than specialize in one particular area.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?know what you want and what to expect with the budget that you have... The home improvement shows give people great ideas but dont ever show the amount of time and labor it takes to achieve those results.
