- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to your needs. We don't sell or upsell services you don't need. We tailor our approach to your project, budget and goals. Compare us to others and you see that we pay attention when you speak and get to know your business unlike any other marketing/media agency in the area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years' experience (okay, 30+ if you want to truly age us). Extensive traditional marketing since 1982, digital marketing as innovators since 1994. We've done some amazing work and would love to provide details of capabilities ranging from video production, copywriting, web design, SEO/growth...to...fashion shoots in NYC, print campaigns, strategic marketing, social media, public relations...you name it. We evolve, grow and innovate as time moves on.
