It has been roughly 3-4 weeks since I started training and I have seen nothing but results on my end. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Per session pricing will vary based upon individual goals & needs and training frequency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The typical process for designing an individualized training program begins with an assessment. The assessment includes a health and fitness questionnaire to gather information in regards to specific goals, previous and current physical activity, nutritional regimen and body composition measurements. The final segment involves a movement assessment to help determine muscular imbalances, strengths and weaknesses and a goal oriented workout. Once this information is gathered an accurate exercise prescription can be provided detailing the frequency and mode in which an individual should engage in physical activity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I currently hold a personal trainer certification and weight loss specialization, both through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
