Introduction: If you are looking for a seasoned, focused, and knowledgable personal trainer, then look no further! My name is Elizabeth, and I have been a personal trainer for 8 years now (NASM/TRX certified). My programming is specifically tailored to not only my clients' current physical capabilities, but to their short and long term goals as well. In particular, I have found a niche working with women who are pre/peri/menopausal, as I enjoy working with their unique challenges and needs. I am also a Nutrition Specialist ( NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), and Diploma in Comprehensive Nutrition from Huntington University of Health Sciences). Currently, I am completing my final class in order to become a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist. Because of my my FNS and DipCN, I am unique among trainers in that I am also qualified to provide comprehensive nutritional counseling to my clients. I truly love the variety of people I am fortunate enough to train: from the young and conditioned, to the elderly who simply want to keep moving, to those who are seeking sports specific goals, I love the challenge that each person brings with them!

On a scale of 1-10 in rating a highly skilled, professional personal trainer, Elizabeth is a solid 11! You will not find another personal trainer that comes close to her knowledge base and individual attention to clients. Truly a trainer of trainers!

I’m a college student and I worked with Elizabeth over Christmas break to help with army ROTC training and just a college workout plan in general. She was very responsive to my current needs and did a ton of research and planning to tailor the workouts specifically to what I need for the army. I also talked to her about nutrition which is she super knowledgeable about and she went out of her way to help plan things to work with my college schedule and resources. I left to go back to school feeling much more prepared for the semester in terms of health and fitness. Overall a great experience!!

I have had several trainers and Elizabeth is by far in a class of her own. Regardless of where you’re at on your fitness journey, she is able to kick you into gear. She gives 100% of herself at your sessions and truly knows the ins and outs of training. I can’t express enough the quality you receive through her training. She is not only an amazing trainer, but also an amazing person. You won’t regret getting out of your comfort zone and letting Elizabeth help you be a healthier version of yourself!

I started working with Elizabeth over 2 years ago to help kick start a healthier lifestyle. I was in a huge rut with both my eating and exercising. She welcomed me into her home to walk through the basics of meal planning and reading labels. I learned more in that hour with her then I have in a lifetime of reading and dieting. She put together a plan for me and made sure that I was comfortable with it. We checked in every few 2 weeks to see how I was doing and if something wasn't working Elizabeth quickly made some tweaks to find the perfect balance for me. We quickly learned that I was going to be a challenge but she never gave up on me and continued to support me on my journey. She always stressed when I was feeling discouraged that every person was different, what works for one might not necessarily work for all. A few months later we incorporated strength training and I am forever thankful that I did. I was a creature of comfort with only doing cardio. I never thought that lifting weights was something I needed nor did I attempt. With each session she pushed me to reach my full potential, there was no easy workout or phoning it in during our time. Elizabeth would demonstrate proper form on every exercise and then kept a watchful eye on me to prevent injury. Her focus was always on her client and dedicated her energy to making the session worthwhile. If something didn't feel right to me she would modify it so that I was comfortable. Since I was always hesitant to lift weights in any fashion I never knew when it was time to move up. Elizabeth would always ask "can you do 5 more?" and a majority of the time she could read my face without me responding and increase my weight. Over the course of time I feel like she became more than just a trainer. She was always there for me whether I had the worst day or the best, offering a dose of therapy along with a killer workout. We celebrated every milestone from the smallest one to the biggest. I looked forward to our twice a week sessions and that was what powered me through deployments and crazy work schedules. There aren't enough words or time to express how much I enjoy working with Elizabeth. I always credit her when talking to my friends/coworkers and keep her words in the back of my head. Now I am comfortable going into a gym crowded or not to lift weights. She gave me the ability to gain so much confidence that I will forever be thankful!

I have had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth for over 2 years now. There are so many things I value in regards to my experience thus far. Elizabeth is very professional keeping all appointments as scheduled and being prepared with a new and challenging workout each session. She first individualized a nutrition and exercise program for my specific goals of losing body fat and gaining muscle. She continued to adjust my program as my goals changed from being a typical client to becoming a bodybuilder bikini competitor. Through her training I placed first bikini debut and novice at my first show and went on to win my Pro Card one year after my first competition. Being a Doctor of Physical Therapy I am already very knowledgeable in exercise form, injury prevention and health in general and I have been amazed at Elizabeth vast knowledge not only in these areas but in the area of nutrition as well. She continues to progress her self education and educate her clients each session. I've never left a session without feeling completely satisfied with my workout and with what I've learned and I look very forward to continue my training during my current bodybuilding year but also afterwards as I maintain this new lifestyle.
