  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Rooted ID offers a consultation process that guides small business owners through the stages of marketing maturity. The first stage, PLANT, is where branding begins. PLANT is a stand-alone consultation session and does not need to be purchased in combination with any other session or service.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When selecting a graphic designer or marketing firm be cautious of price points that are suspiciously low (below industry standard). Price can be a good indicator expertise and quality. Beware of the $75/one-hour logo. Good designers/firms get to know your brand. They complete thorough research and take a thoughtful approach to the design process. Other "red flags" might include: - unresponsiveness - unprofessional web presence or no web presence at all - inability to provide you with sample work
