I sent a quote with a price to do the work for Niyati. I never came to his home to do the work and I don't think a 1 star review is fair. As you can see by my other reviews, I do great work and make sure all my customers are satisfied with my work before I leave.

Well, after months of the cleaning service I was not happy at all. I tried very hard to work with this company but in the end it was too much to deal with. The latest episode stemmed from them leaving my house and my belongings unlocked. I contacted them to tell them that when i arrived at my house and the doors were unlocked and opened. Her response to me was that she was embarrassed to the point that she was willing to discontinue the cleaning of my house. I explained that I could work with them to make it better but she threw in the towel. There is much more to the story but I couldn't believe that as easy as this property was to clean that anyone would just walk away. I have a new cleaning company now that I am very happy with and I will post accordingly.
