Introduction: Unlike many life coaches, my training came not from a purchased life coaching online program. I am a licensed counselor with years of professional experience. I believe that for our work to be effective, both you and I must be actively involved in developing the coaching goals and assessing progress. Efforts to change self-perception, emotions, and behaviors require work both in session and out of session. Some change will occur quickly and easily, but more often, change requires slow, thoughtful, and repeated efforts. The benefits of working with me might include such assets as gaining insight into your problems, developing coping skills and resources, and changing yourself so that participation in life's daily activities generally become a more positive experience. I have worked comfortably with clients of diverse ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds and encourage all clients to be comfortable in sharing their thoughts and opinions on any subject which we discuss in coaching sessions.
