LeAndra and her husband helped us envision a different layout for our long and narrow living room. While we ended up going in a different direction due to wiring issues (darn cable and internet cords!), they presented wonderful ideas. They came prepared with very professional layouts on an iPad to help us envision options and they really listened to what we wanted and liked. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I just had my first appointment with LeAndra yesterday, and I've already booked the next. She was terrific! I can't believe how much we covered, and so fast! She definitely has opinions and shares them (diplomatically :) She also has lots of ideas/recommendations, stores and websites to check out, etc. She has been 100% responsive to my emails to her, and was right on time for our first appointment. I highly recommend her and look forward to our continued work together pulling together some design details in my small home.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes we have standard pricing. Depending on the work we price based on the time needed to complete staging or decorating. We also have personal shopper hours and color selection consultations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once the deposit has been made to confirm the consultation I begin gathering ideas specifically for the project. During the consultation I like to walk the space if possible and get a sense of how the client wants it to look or feel. I will take detailed notes and ensure before the consultation is completed we both are on the same page. I also make sure I know exactly what the client is looking for so there are no loose ends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My mother and grandmother were members of Home Interior back in their day. I’ve always had an eye for design and a passion for creating. Ryan is the perfect handyman to my creative eye, and we make a great team bringing designs to life for our clients!
