- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my work within a range relevant to the type of coaching being requested. I ask the client to offer a rate (even if outside of that range) that creates commitment and value without suffering. I'm always delighted when clients experience a change in their lives that they attribute to coaching and offer to change their rate based on their new situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start with a free information session where we talk about the customer's primary concerns and then we go over what coaching is (and isn't). Sometimes I have a plan or a process that directly matches the client's needs and other times I send a more customized proposal. Once the client and I agree on the terms, I send out a contract and we book sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified ontological coach with training from the Newfield Network under Julio Olalla, and a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level certification from ICF (International Coaching Federation). All certified coaches follow a standard code of ethics and practice coaching according to the same key foundations. More information can be found on the ICF webite
