Contacted J.P.R. Painting to paint my basement, after 2 very long years of working to get it remodeled. We did this part ourselves, and faced so many obstacles just to get it to the point where it COULD be painted.
My experience with John and his wife Jamie could not have been better. I got the sense that John is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want when you're hiring a painter! He was so flexible with our timeline/schedule, committed to the quote he'd provided, very friendly and professional... and when I say he painted quickly, I don't mean he hurried --- I mean he's very efficient without any compromise whatsoever to the detail. There is absolutely no way that I could have done as clean of a paint job myself, especially in the time he was able to do it. (this is why you hire a professional painter, by the way). It really looks great, and I'm extremely satisfied with the way it all looks.
Okay, now I need to talk about Jamie, John's wife. Most of my communication has been with her, and if I have to be honest, before a drop of paint was on the wall, I was sold on J.P.R. Painting because of Jamie. There are dozens of professional painters in the area, but for me, what sets anyone apart is customer service. And I'm not going to use typical words like "courteous" and "professional" and "communicates well". While these words all are certainly applicable, Jamie goes far beyond those traits. She has been GENUINELY sweet and friendly and really seemed to understand this whole bear of a basement project and what it meant to me to finally get to this point. Any home project is personal when you're putting money and time into it, and it's so refreshing to have someone on the other end of the phone who truly respects and understands that!
Thank you, John and Jamie! :-) I will recommend you to anyone.
