  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Simply put No Fix, No Fee! All customers in the NRV receive free estimates where I can travel to your location. There are some cases that I may need to charge a travel fee if the customer is outside of the NRV area. All computer repair is usually charged at $45/hour with a minimum fee of $45 All phone/tablet repair prices have been set. These prices can be found on my website. If they are not available there is a request link that you can use to ask for a estimate (most android phones will need a custom estimate as I do not stock those parts). All malware/virus help is a set price f $75 which includes a year subscription of Malwarebytes Premium.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Understanding expectations is always the a key aspect that I value with working with a new customer. There is nothing more of a heartache then receiving a service that didn't reach a customers expectations. Not only does the customer loose but so does the installer with a possible poor review. I always like to talk with an individual over the phone if possible to make sure expectations are met so that the outcome is positive. Usually after the converstaion the expectations of work done is written up and provided to the customer.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I currently have 20 years of experience with computer support. I'm currently an Assistant IT Director for my day to day job and have served in roles as Helpdesk Support, Helpdesk Support Manager, and Systems Administrator. I've held multiple certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional and GIAC GPEN certification. I'm currently working on my CompTIA certifications.
