Introduction: We are a selective plumbing company. We only take on bigger jobs such as water heaters, remodels, water service, repipes, new construction, tile jobs, sewer line repair/replace. We will not respond to smaller job requests such as toilet repairs. We offer financing to our customers. We would appreciate a phone call instead of a lead through thumbtack as they charge us whether we respond or not.

We used Kiser Home Services prior to a bathroom remodel. Plumbing was being moved for the shower and the toilet. Our house is plumbed using PEX A which isn't that common in the US (more common in Europe) but he was familiar and had the correct tools to work with it. Work was well done and passed inspection on first try.

Thought I had a small sink drip issue but turned out to be much more. Nick walked me through everything and explained it in layman's term to make sense of a big project. He even went to connect with our building maintenance team to get the work down to make it seamless for me since I own a doggy daycare business in an apartment complex. Finished the project with zero issues and checked in every step of the way. Definitely a happy customer and will be using him for all future plumbing needs!

Nick responded to my request quickly and offered a solution at a very reasonable price. He arrived on time and fixed the water leak issue to my satisfaction. What I found different about him than other plumbers I have appointed in the past is that he provided me enough details for the quality of the product he used, how it will benefit me in the long run and other pertinent details useful to prevent such leak from happening in the future. I liked his thoroughness and friendly attitude. I will hire him for similar jobs in the future.

Nick is very cordial and courteous. Clearly explained what needed to be done and what could be done and what should be done and made some quality recommendations. He made sure to protect the area from his much dust or dirt as possible and cleaned up after himself and got the job done in an appropriate amount of time. I’ll estimates were upfront and there was no wavering and he even offered to reduce the price on one of the services. Highly recommend
