- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not complicated. Basically I charge my work time and my travel time, at two different rates. Plus the cost of parts, which will involve also the shipping. There is a small fee for a limited warranty, if the customer agrees to that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. All my time left from work I spend learning about new equipment and technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Just passion.
