LD Home Improvement renovated our two bathrooms 2 weeks ago April 2021 (Master and Kids/Guest). We bought all the materials from tiles to tub to shower door to vanity, faucets etc. Leo picked up the heavy materials from Home Depot and Lowes and since some of our materials got cancelled by both stores for us not picking up within 7 days we have to reorder and just ship them to home. Leo's pricing is very decent compared to all that we know. But we love both bathrooms, we enjoy them everyday. There were some little hiccups along the way but Leo and the guys never get offended when we ask them questions. I complained about the bathroom door bumping the shower because of the new size but Leo suggested to move the whole door, we bought a new door for 120 and we paid extra labor plus but we are happy we made him do it. We asked him to fix the rocks and grout on the shower floor so it will drain better and he worked extra 1.5 hours with no complaint. They even installed our Miele appliance for additional paid work but also decent installation price. We would hire Leo and his guys again. We just wish he can keep the same crew all throughout the project because he keeps changing them and during the pandemic is kinda not A-ok to bring in different people inside our house. Overall we love the bathrooms! Thanks Leo and crew--------------------------------------- Old review 2016-2017 : ----------------------He replaced our 2 toilets, got them done quick even the new ones are still in their shipping packages which he and my hubby hauled from the garage. He had to replace a rusty leaking part on both units, luckily he has replacement parts for just $9. We are very happy with his work. Will consider to hire again in the future. He is also affordable, courteous, and volunteered to haul away our old toilets. Recommended.

I started demo on my guest bathroom as a project to do during quarantine. I quickly realized that I would need assistance laying the new tile, installing the baseboards, toilet, and vanity. I’m so happy to have found Leonardo. He responded quickly on a Saturday and came out on Monday to begin working. His prices are fair and he’s very organized. I will definitely hire him to complete my master bathroom next !

Leonardo and his crew were wonderful. They were punctual, professional, and excellent craftsmen. We had our entryway foyer, hallway, and laundry room tiled. The guys were clean and efficient. I was most impressed with their ability to tile around our major appliances without making it noticeable that the tile doesn't actually extend under them. Perfect precision. Leonardo was a gentleman and very pleasant to work with, his prices were very fair. I plan on hiring him again very soon. Gracias!

Leonardo and his team were wonderful! He was at my house less than 24 hours after my initial Thumbtack listing to install tile in our sun room. After a long day of work the tile looks amazing! I’d definitely have them do other items in my house

I was gifted a fan by my friend 20 months ago. I installed the fan with the help of another friend an year ago, but was not working. We thought the issue might be with the switch or may be with the power supply, etc.. etc.. Tried all the known ways.... but no success. It was hanging on the ceiling all these while and when I see the fan hanging, while sitting on the couch, I used to pity myself.... So decided to take an external help and Found Leo with a minimal charge(actually, he was willing to do it for free) He finally got the real issue which was with the relay. So we decided to remove the relay and everything was working normal. Great work ! Very hard working until the problem is solved. Would recommend Leo in my circle whenever any home-fix issues arises.
