I had a dishwasher that wasn't draining but when the garbage disposal was turned on it would drain. I contacted thumbtack and got VIP appliance, they immediately contacted me. They were able to come out the following day. They gave me a timeframe and let me know when they were 30 minutes out. They quickly found that the garbage disposal was blocked and fixed it. They were great and I will keep their name and use them for any future appliance repairs that I have.

They reached out to me soon after I requested service so scheduling and communication were great! But the guy showed up hours after our set time so I waisted time sitting and waiting for him, and the labor costed more than the rest of the service! My dryer is heating now, but still makes the loud sound that he said was bad. For the price, I wouldn't hire them again as just another hundred dollars and we could have just bought a new dryer.
