From the moment that I contacted Venetia, she responded back immediately. I shared with her my niece’s Paris themed Graduation party backdrop and she emailed me with a few options to choose from that matched what I wanted. She was very easy to work with and made several changes to my snapshot frames. When she arrived at my venue , she was very professional and was very quick to put up the photo booth & take it down. I had a couple of things that occurred with children using the digital photo booth; however, she was close by the venue & came in immediately to resolve the issue and it was all good to go! I would definitely hire Venetia again for another occasion! I had a great experience! The guests at my niece’s Graduation party enjoyed her photo booth! It was a “hit!”

We had a wonderful experience. We had a picnic for the 5th graders and they had a lot of fun with the props and getting photos so that they can remember the day. Highly recommended.

I don't write reviews often, or really ever for that matter, however I was very pleased with the overall service I received from Venetia. The photo booth was easy to use and it was a big hit with the party guest. I would highly recommend hiring Vivid Vignette for your next event!!!

When first looking into booking a Photo booth for my Dad's 4th of July party I wanted to make sure that I hired the perfect place. With that being said, my selection was right. Venetia showed up on time and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She explained everything and assured me that she was there to help if needed. She gave us a sufficient amount of time and I had guest coming up to me wanting to know where I found her. I will definitely book this company again and I can't express how much everyone enjoyed seeing there photo's and their remarks about how clear the photo's were. I went on Facebook today and I can't believe how many people posted their pictures and it's a given when I see how silly and smiley they were that they were having fun with all of the props that she had brought with her. Thanks again Venetia, I really appreciate your professionalism.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Vivid Vignette offers superior service and product at pricing 20% less than industry standard!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are contacted by a new customer, we spend time discussing their event type, duration, theme and color scheme to determine what services would best add to the celebration. Once those details have been discussed, the customer is sent a detailed service agreement outlining their booth package and a non-refundable deposit invoice. Once the agreement and deposit have been completed, Vivid Vignette will work with the customer to create a custom photo border for their event and finalize all details before the work is to be completed. All customers receive confirmation email and call on the Wednesday preceding their service date. Vivid Vignette will arrive on site the day of service 90 minutes before start time in order to stage and test the equipment, ensuring a smooth and successful event.
